You should explain more about your analysis rather than just guessing, i think it's hard to ETH reach that peek on this month because no upcoming near future event from ETH, ETH 2.0 is still next year and it won't guarantee price pump after the revolution. Except btc price is pumping this month, ETH might be touch 250, but if btc price is also stands still under 10k i think ETH price will be also around 200$

Surprise for what? As far as i know, people are still accumulating more ethereum right now to prepare the come of POS consensus that will have replaced POW consensus of ethereum.
A few days before 10 november and we do not yet see a significant increase in the price of ethereum. It looks like that will not happen in a short time.

The resistances you are talking about are short term and gets higher and higher in a matter of seconds  when the price starts to increase. So even when as you said the price would reach to $209 and $225, there would be new resistance set at even higher levels, but a great trader would predict those resistances and quickly sell their investment when the price touches the resistance level.
After touching the resistance level there are always two possibilities, either the bulls will break the resistance or the bears will come in play. Whatever happens, it will be fun to watch.

honestly, I hold back some of the ethereum for believing this. but I think that ethereum will not pump by itself, and wait for the price of bitcoin to recover. with the bitcoin pump price, I think price of ethereum will recovered too. although I am not so dependent on the development of ethereum 2.0 to reach that price,  but expecting ethereum prices to reach $ 250 is a natural thing. even now, it's only $ 60 until the ethereum price reaches that price. this is something very close.
