That could only happen if BTC shows some sign of bullish movement and stabilizes at price point more than $12k. I doubt before that any other altcoin will show any sign of recovery. ETH has been struggling hard below $200 since log now. There isn't much movement in ETH because of BTC price movement. Unless BTC stabilizes at higher price point after breaking 2 consecutive strong resistance, I doubt ETH is crossing $200.

$250, not too bad. I even see ethereum still won't change until the end of the year. maybe I'm a little pessimistic about ETH, although many say ethereum will go up when 2.0 is launched. if you look at the current situation, maybe this is the most realistic prediction for me.

I also do not see any reason yet for the November ETH Moonrise. I believe that we have to wait for Ethereum 2.0. Bitcoin halving will also affect this altcoin price, and it will gain. I'm pretty sure, without the help of Ehtereum 2.0, the price of ethereum can reach $ 250 this month if the price of bitcoin can reach $ 11000, but judging by its development it is quite difficult. so, I'm waiting for the price of bitcoin to reach $ 10000 this month only to see the price of ETH can reach $ 200 at the end of this November.

You can hear it if that's what you only like to hear.
It's possible to reach and its possible to see a drop of price again, or ETH to drop below $100 like what happen early this year.
However, we are not hoping it will happen, unless we are shorting the market but most of us like is to see ETH recover since it has a lot of altcoins that are depending on its price.

When ETH dropped from $1300 to less than 100 usd, there's a big effect on the altcoins tokens, and until now the struggle continues.
So, if ever there's an increase this month to $250, I will take it, its a good start.

Sounds reasonable. I don't think the market is in any sort of state for a massive bull run at the moment.

It is only on the account of bitcoin bull run that I see Ethereum achieving this in this shortest possible time, without bitcoin bull run, I don't see Ethereum going that far because they have no product again that will be responsible for this.

Everyone's expectations are huge for that goal but the unacceptable fact is that as you said, November still doesn't have a positive change from the ETH platform, and the one thing I've always felt is that the more we hope and expect from eth, the eth will continue to go against what we want, sometimes the fault here is not due to eth, the fault here may be due to our expectations too much, whales have discovered and manipulated. However, as an investor looking at the potential of the project, I also hope eth will break the manipulation and go up.

ethereum has to confirm first and must pass $ 200, if not then ethereum prices might look below $ 180,

Now that is a good start, there is no point in investing in ETH and expecting the market will move higher, just read the white once again and you will identify the flaws and how it is struggling and whether they can move forward with the way they are planning to conduct business, either they have to evolve completely after the hardfork which is highly unlikely and there are no promising projects coming up to start using their platform either and hence i consider it dead already.

The reason is clear, the prices don't come from a centralized place like in other financial markets. The price difference between the Bitstamp and Binance is not huge like the price of Bitcoin in Coinall and Bittrex from my experience. The December looks positive from this chart because of the bottomed prices sit on the below-average line which looks potential cup&handle trading pattern.

If you consider that ETH is dead it means you are pessimistic about that one coin, maybe because you think that after ETH rises high then it doesn't go up and up again. if you look at the other atlcoin, is there any altcoin that has now recovered to reach ATH? nothing ... so coins like ETH and other alts are in my opinion still in recovery.

I completely don't understand why you are disappointed. Just check statistics on Coinmarketcap and it is clear that even after a year of bear market Ethereum have rised a lot.

I completely don't understand why you are disappointed. Just check statistics on Coinmarketcap and it is clear that even after a year of bear market Ethereum have rised a lot.

Etheruem has the potential to rise more because many project are now going out to exchange direct through IEO unlike the ICO and the collapse that affected the price of etheruem. We can see that it is getting stronger in price.
