I've used localbitcoins but it seems there is close to 15% markup over bitstamp price. Since, there are no bitcoin exchanges operating in india currently, what is the easiest way to buy bitcoins from India at lowest price.
PS: I have no experience with wire transfers, so currently avoiding exchanges like bitstamp. I'd like your inputs about it as well. Thanks.

Your best bet is Moneypolo > Best Lowest priced International exchange > Indian exchange > smile with profit A lot lower price than Indian Premium .. But remember both require heavy verification of their clients so be ready with your documents when you start with them . |

Your only option is to compare the prices on different exchanges and then buy from one having the lowest fees and prices. One thing to keep in mind is that you should avoid new exchanges as they may scam you.
