Waste of time. I would like to know how the website is able to pay people to write if the website owner can't even buy a domain name. It costs just a few dollars but nope, the website is cheap and prefers to use a free domain name from Freenom. A TLD that is often not even indexed in Google.

The website is sometimes in English sometimes in another language, with duplicate contents, and so on.

I'm also a webmaster and have bought a lot of domains and have experienced using a free domain I also used a free domain to test a script, and when you are setting a business website, a free domain is a big no-no, you are subject to the terms and conditions where you get that free domain which in your case is http://www.dot.cf/en/index.html?lang=en, you will wake up one day to see that your domain is gone and all your works wasted.
And nobody trust a free domain, in the old times hyip are the only one that uses a free domain because they are a fly by night business and it's disposal.

Web site is not good even still messy need to be tidy again right, is someone else interested in writing articles here I do not know, clearly I am not interested at all especially with a very cheap payment, differ greatly between cryptocoinpravda and publis0x.

You are placing the onus on writers to write so they get paid. But you have to wonder who on earth would want to read utter garbage written by smirnoff sniffers from their basements at the middle of the night when there are other better ways to waste time?
If you cannot think about the value you can give to your readers, your writers would never get enough views. by the way, if you show readers how many hits an article got, or how many views, a low number would instantly turn away readers before even the actual content is read.

You probably knew that your project will not succeed in the era of high competition where quality content is ALL and that's why you even didn't bought a domain instead you have chosen a free domain.

If your intention is to get high-quality unique content for your site and pay pennies to the writers then this will never work out because writers can get a much higher price if they sell their High-Quality unique content or can earn much higher if they use it for their own site.

What I feel is that if some penny hunters get interested in this then they will use auto article generator (lowest quality articles) and spam your site until your site is down and also your site may get blacklisted in social media sites for spamming heavily.

The writer is responsible to get their own views by promoting and linking to it on social media.    My problem with the site is not the fact that it is not getting a lot of hits, but rather that it wants to pay people $0.4387 for 1000 views. 

You would be much better off, writing the same article and joining a low level signature campaign on this forum and getting merit and much higher payment for your post. 

OP, you are going to find it very difficult to get people to write for that kind of payment.
