Having run this with the cooler  and having run it with water cooling it likes water cooling more.


If I send the chip without the air cooler in a small flat rate box  usps.com rate is 37.00 usd

If I send the chip with the air cooler. in a medium flat rate box usps.com rate is  78.00 usd

I am pretty sure whatever cooler that comes with the ryzen 9 3900x that I ordered is what I would send you if you don't mind the extra shipping cost.

You may just want the chip.  it would be 106 + 37 = 142

with cooler 106 + 78 = 184


I use a water cooler with the chip,  but I will keep that for the ryzen 9 3900x that is on order.



So it is up to you
