Hello on 5th November i deposited 2-3k$ and got up to 8.4k$ i wanted to withdraw on 0.7btc made the withdraw request nothing 20minutes then after 20minutes I reached to support they said they moved it to the financial team okay waited for 1hour talked to the support again he said I bumped the request it will be completed very soon I said I will be back in 30minutes hopping with good news he said Ofc hope so.
Got back from 40minutes he said no response yet im afraid I've been playing canceling the withdraw and then requesting it again and i go to sleep hours later i wake up the withdraw is still on pending now i play for 4-5hours and lose almost all only 0.09btc and this goes on pending too i contact the support furious swearing and stuff he ditches me and after 20minutes they withdraw my 0.09btc after i lost 8.4k$

So I get it if you are a normal player here for you maybe the withdraw takes time but i am a VIP
