In the footer of the site you can see this address: Ruysdaelhof 36, 2251 JK Leiden, Netherland+31 6 84862132

The domain was registered with data from China (now after my post they put a proxy for whois / Panama)

Actually, I've seen sites like this. Bearbtconline is a site that scammed about a few weeks ago. After claiming to be offering free miners and discounts. For me, I advice everyone out there to be cautious of the sites you visit.

Why does he need to buy from them? Existing evidence is sufficient to judge them as scammers.
There is no reason to believe them, everything is fake. Buying a mining device is like any other hardware, so you don't need to hide your identity and provide false information.
Contact numbers are not real, there is no trace in social media, there is no evaluation or prior sales, nothing to trust them.
