I don't think the purpose of this token is to clear his name. From what I see, McAfee is using it to attack the credibility of the US government who says Epstein committed suicide. If it was to clear his reputation, McAfee would have easily called it "Epstein Isn't A Sex Trafficker"

You can issue token with any name that had not been taken yet on any asset platform. Everyone can do that. It is quite dumb to announce it before you issue since anyone can take that token name.  Tokens are just toys to have fun with.

For real that's the name of the token? I didn't even looked at the token itself. Most of the projects that he's shilling and building nowadays are no longer interesting. The DEX that he just made took an attention but I don't know how huge the volume they have.
Before I think that $1M was for real but with all of the words he has said, I'm forgetting about it and starting to become contented with the current price of bitcoin and ignore projects that he shill.

I respect the guy for his support in the blockchain space, but some of the stuff he comes out with is just to keep us on our toes and have some news to talk about. I personally will not spend money to buy this token. It seems like every tom, dick or happy nowadays can open a smart contract and issue a token, but unless it is backed by a real business and a chance to take some profit in the future, investment wise I wouldn't touch it. If people want to buy a meme coin or token to support a cause but not to necessarily make any money form it then that's fine by me.

It is definitely a joke. The saying “Epstein didnt kill himself” has beocme a hot meme lately in every corner of internet so it is just for fun just like donald trump or mao coin but still have a chance to have trading volume because it is crypto market even the stupidest coin could have someone buying it. The purpose or benefits I could say is literally zero considering it is just a meme which mean very volatile coin based on trending and the demand is not because its funcitonality but instead merely from people trying to have fun.

While he owned a decentralized exchange, now launching his own token with an "out-of-the-box" name. This guy right here is a long time supporter of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. He promised to eat his own d*** if Bitcoin doesn't reach $1 million dollars by the end of 2020. However, Donald Trump would likely gonna ban Bitcoin if it breaches $100k.

John McAfee is a comedian in the entire crypto space and you should not take anything he says seriously as he likes to do things out of the box and he knows there will be some dumb people who will be purchase his new token, he already pulled some token stunts by promoting scam tokens and these sort of meme tokens are already there in the market like TrumpCoin (TRUMP)  PutinCoin (PUT) and many others and those have valuation too so why not another token from a joker  .

Either way its still disgusting to see a coin  having such name in a token. There are people who deserves to have a coin to prove government has done terrible things in the past, the team could have picked someone else more of a hero like Assange. It will serve its purpose if they only want to attack the credibility of the government. People will still would think a sex trafficker deserves to hang.

I don't know who is going to invest in these tokens. John McAfee used to promote a large number of tokens in 2017/2018. Almost all of them lost their value and brought losses to those who invested in them. He was ready to promote any ICO project, as long as he got the commission.
