I just remember some of my losses during gambling that i have been lost $100 in a day or i have been too lost only $10 for the next day but basically i never counting or estimate my losses or my winning and everytime i starting gambling the amount of money for each day will not always be same because all of it depend on how much money do i have

Well i gamble a lot but i have never bought any crypto to gamble with. I only play with online earned money. So in the end I am still in profit.

That's it. We are only playing with money included for fun. The same with watching movies, we pay money for it. Everything in this world has its cost maybe sometimes not monetary but with times and effort. The very same thing with gambling, we should always put this in our minds. Consider winnings on gambling as a bonus because there is only a small chance to earn on gambling as some sort of job for our daily needs.

I have made a similar thread before but I locked it already it made me realize I might quit or someone might quit gambling immediately if he realized how much money he loses until now. But maybe some might consider it as an inspiration to win it all back

Anyone really count on it? I don't think anyone betting on casinos never have this habit because people who love casino may not have that much patience to do all the calculations but the sport betters have this habit,they will note everything what they made and what they lose because its just a part of their habit since they have lot of analysis work before the bets.

If you're not keeping track of your profitability, then it is very likely that you have a gambling problem.

As with any gambling experience, the goal is to win money. If you are not even tracking how much you have lost, how can you possibly take please in your wins?

EV ratios are important for a reason, learn to use them guys.

I forget the exact amount of all my losses.. but my estimate is around 0.4-0.7 BTC (not too big).  I lost the most money in sports betting and lotteries. the lottery is what makes me lose the most, maybe because my ambition is too big to win the lottery

If I counted all my losses, it is probably more than the amount I've won.
It for sure nobody wants to count their losses and forget the past instead, they just face what they can today and count their winnings. I don't think that it was helpful to record our losses cause for me, it only reminds all of the mistakes I've done before and even bothering me to recover such losses.

your only saying that you won huge alot of time ? because gambling is hard game and its normal for users to loose lots of time  .

there are .  you example , you already count/estimate your losses but even me i do also estimate my loss and i think its not make sense to gamble to loose

For me its all in the past so I tend to forget it and leave it behind there's no point remembering the money I lost in gambling because it will only give a negative impact and regrets.

Im addicted gambler before so probably I lost so much amount, but I completely change because now I only gamble for fun using my spare money.

I wouldn't bother to estimate the amount of money I lost in gambling my losses is gone for good or bad I don't care I just look forward for another betting opportunities to cover up for the losses else I stay aside, counting those losses could be a source of worry and can lead to health challenge thus I tried to avoid that, moreover I only gamble with the amount of money I can afford to lose lowering my risk to the minimum thus my worries would be lesser.

I have never kept a record since I started gambling many, many years ago. I can guarantee you though, that I am in losses. I’m certain of it but I enjoy gambling & don’t bet with huge amounts.

Actually I am not counting or estimating my losses everytime I am lossing in a play or gambling session because it hurts me so much if I will count and realize that if I buy this money into something then it would be great, so what I am doing is just if I am lossing money in the gambling I am just forget it so that it would be less hurt, then assuming that I will get those amount of money that I have lose on the next day in my work. But if I will count all of the losses that I've got in the gambling session maybe I can buy a car or a big motorcycle for those money that I've lost through gambling.

Counting/Estimating my losses in gambling? NOPE, I do not do it and I wont do it
My reason is simple because I gamble for fun, I have my own budget for gambling anytime I want to gamble so once I lose it then I'll stop.
Other reason why I do not want to do it, it is because it will make me regret if I count it all. Although I gamble for fun but it can be a big amount for me if I count it since the first time I started gamble.
Probably only professional gambler do this kind of thing so they can manage their bankroll as it relates to their target.

if from my childhood gambling starts?i think i can build a two floors 2 doors condominium lol.

i started when i was young and i remember taking money from my parents wallet just to sustain my gambling habits .

and when i turned mature ,i spend my salary or even take a loan just for gambling.thats how addicted i become before.

but this is past and i would rather not to think how much are those whats important is i now managed to leave addiction and can proudly say a responsible gambler.

^ This kind of attitude in being a gambler must be we have. As long as we enjoyed every game, we forgot the loss and it doesn't matter how much our losses had. I am sure my losses are a quite huge amount compared to my win but I still continue my habit in gambling because I am happy with it. It's no makes sense if you counting your losses, it won't give you positive energy to get win in the next game. Nevertheless, forget the losses and continue what you like to do as long as you can control your self that is fine.
