Have you counted or estimate all your losses and thought what all your losses could you buy, do you sometimes stop and think on all of this.
I'm not a big gambler but I estimate I could already buy a good class mountain bike with all my losses, how about you?

Yes. I always count and estimate my losses after playing gambling, so I could know if I am going against my limit when it comes to spending my money in gambling because I will be in trouble if I lost all of my money that I can't afford the things that I need, that is why I always bring the only amount of money that I need when I will go at the casino to gamble to avoid losing a lot of money.

And how it affects your life? Does it gives your realization and feel regrets of those losses? Then. I hope it gives some and helps you out from being in trouble in the coming days. Cause for me, I'd never find it good counting the amount I've lost, it only gives me depression and can't even think good every time I remember it. For sometimes we need to let go and forgot the past, accept it and tried to correct our mistakes for not it happens again. x

I am neither a gamblers so I don’t do some of these heavy gambling that requires me to go into waging high amount of money, I respect myself a lot, and I know that it will create issue between me, my wife and my children if I do so because right from onset, my wife never likes gambling and even when the children are playing some games that I buy from them, and if it has gambling in it, she will switch it off immediately, so the gambling I would say that I do is just some of these few sport betting.

Also, when I bet, I bet with very little money that I know would never kill me when I put it into sport betting which is even once in a while that I do that and not all the times, and since I started sport betting, I think that the highest amount I have lost is $170.

That's how it should be but there are people who do make up these loses as their inspiration to move forward on gambling? Sounds pretty odd but

they do actually done such thing.Mistakes and losses should really be forgotten as said these are stressful things rather than an inspiring one.Also

Maybe you are lucky that you've won a lot than of losing cause in the most gambling experience, it was different and the OP got the point and seems to be the real scenario in gambling. And I could justify it base also of my experience as I have addicted to cards gambling before. Though it was just of the small amount per bets and if we calculate it, can't imagine how big it is.

It might be bigger than you calculated but you may not remember all.
I personally don't think it wise calculating all that you have spent in gambling as you will end up been heart breaking. For some people it can even lead to addiction as they can gamble more, trying to recover all they have lost.

I usually keep my wins and losses in balance with a slight tip towards the loss unfortunately. I'm also not a frequent gambler and when I do gamble I don't place big bets. It's usually $20 here $20 there.

Don't beat yourself up if you lost a lot. One day you lose the other day you win and life goes on. I lost so much by not trading BTC when I should that I could buy a good car but I don't think about it. Nothing good would come out of it.

I don't think that they are using it to move forward on gambling.
I think they only count their losses just to know how much they need to win back every time they gamble, and that is one of the reasons why a person becomes greedy and take more losses instead of moving on and winning more games.

Sometimes but I usually don't 'cause it gives me headache lol. Well I usually set a standard on when I should stop when I got straight loses after that forget it and move on. Based from my computations I could buy a TV not the branded one but somehow good. Anyway, I don't think I lose the same price as you. It was somehow big for the likes of me.

At first there's no consideration if we're going to loss an amount of money which we didn't expect. When I summarize all money I have wasted since I was going gambling at my local lottery area until now, I probably can buy a low costs housing on that. When ever i gamble i think the same and i am gambling with bitcoin for a long time and in the past i never thought it was a big deal but if you take into account and see the figures the amount i lost is really huge considering the price of bitcoin right now. We don't need to stress out ourselves to the things that can not be undone because the only way to to succeed is to move forward. No matter how much you lose in gambling as long as you learn each of your mistake, you can improve your strategy by looking at your previous mistakes.

Don't get the idea of chasing losses because it will be a long-term burden and most of the time nobody win back their losses. It's okay to lose, just don't chase but instead try a different approach/strategy.

If you will play with a limited amount of money, then there is no way to exceed your limits. Even after continuous losses, the total amount wont exceed than what you set earlier. However, if you like going this way, it is also safe because you are keeping track of all the gone money and do not push the amount any further. Oo this is a rather awkward topic, personally I am quite passionate, which has repeatedly led to attempts to recoup on my part.
The scenario is very simple, I win, revel in victory, then lose, and from that moment I begin to recoup, and as a rule lose even more. Realizing this, I am finishing the game, thank God I have enough mind for it.
