Oo this is a rather awkward topic, personally I am quite passionate, which has repeatedly led to attempts to recoup on my part.
The scenario is very simple, I win, revel in victory, then lose, and from that moment I begin to recoup, and as a rule lose even more. Realizing this, I am finishing the game, thank God I have enough mind for it.

Lol, you better actually not count it, because frankly, counting it makes us take more pressure to win back what we have lost and if we don't count, then we don't have a fear or a burden of responsibility to win back what we lost.

Counting your losses is like a double edge sword. On one side, it can help you to manage/control your bankroll so you wont lose more than your limit but on the other side it can be something like what you have just said. I totally support what you said because having some good time usually require spending some fund and I don't see any reason why a gambler has to calculate his losses since the gambler only gambles with the amount he can afford but play daily for a week is something I somehow don't support cause it can lead to addiction.

I totally agree with you mate, once we have realized that we have made a mistake, it is the mistake that we should just look at and stop never to do it again and not the things that make up the mistake. I have lots so much money in gambling, and when the time came for me to realize, it was already affecting so many of my things financially till the extent of it affecting my family feeding food.

It was then I realized that it is the high time to stop this before it gets too deep or become a chronic gambler, although the reason why I was gambling was to add more money to the family, but now that I cannot achieve that through gambling, rather than calculating how much that I have lost, I would use that opportunity to just look for further solution and how to go about it.

Anyway, betting small and large amounts in gambling will have an impact too, but the most important of all this is not to make a loss into a motivation to continue betting and even to stop. There are many purposes and objectives in gambling and when we have lost then let it pass and there is no need to estimate the loss because it will only give a negative effect to yourself.

So now you really have stopped playing? The crypto that you use to bet whether comes from the money in your savings? Now many gamling sites that provide free crypto for us to play. Why don't you try it? who knows later you can take back your past defeat.

I haven't counted the amount of money that I have ever lost.
That mostly happen because when I gamble I place many bets with little amounts of money. This makes me lose counting both the bets and the money used at them.

Playing gambling is enjoying, and if you are looking pure fun in and also gain some extra profit, your goal is to enjoy the game. Still, most of us, while enjoying the game, we didn't notice how much the money we lose every time we play. Me as a gambler too, I always playing a different kind of gambling every time because this is part of my daily routine, I need to gamble first before I finish the task I need to be pass. I just set a value of money to control and limit the possible money that I can lose. One of my most significant losses in gambling is just almost a 150 dollar because I become desperate to earn back the money, then I risk my wage, and all in the last money I have, we also called max bet. Then I regret my decision because by the end of the day I didn't get any profit.

I lost about 0.2 BTC on losses in 2019. People are hard to stop while betting and losing. I had the same situation, I tried to hope that I would be lucky next time until I lost my 0.2 BTC.

When i gambe i just lose only 10$-20$ because i have no hrdd work here.  And that capital if i calculate may loses is big than my winning. So we need to be smart if we entering gamble we can be a wiser person i think we need a luck also for that so we can get a profit or win a big.

Losing $10-$20 is okay, but that will be a problem if you are too often to lose that amount. It is better to use $10-$20 in many times of playing gambling than to lose that amount in one time only. Maybe you can use $20 to buy a low price coin like Dogecoin and send it into your account on the gambling website so you can gamble anytime. But you need to limit the amount if you want to play and don't spend all of the amounts in one day so you can have another chance to play the next day.

Then your comment is biased one because you dont play. This topic would be more informative if you were a gambler and played more frequently.

Your post makes zero sense. If you are playing less then your losses will be less compared to someone who plays everyday. The average money spent per day is applicable only when players in comparison are playing at a fixed interval.

Then again losing money in gambling is nothing new and which is why people should refrain from chasing losses and trying to win lost money back.
