Looking for PayPal payment service

Hello, I hope I am posting this on the right board if not let me know so I can move it elsewhere.

I want to make a payment through PayPal but it looks like the platform doesn't accept card where my MasterCard is issued from, so I would need a Paypal account from the US preferably or anywhere where Paypal is available to make this payment, the amount is $50 USD, for this I will give you the amount plus the fees in Bitcoin, if this is possible let me know how much you would charge for this.
