Sometimes even after promising to stop, you can't really fullfill that promise because you might think that there's still a higher chance to win huge money and reach the jackpot but mostly that isn't the case. I too have experienced and it made regret my decision, i should have withdrawn when there's still a chance to earn good profit.

This is true especially when your surrounding people are still in gambling.
I used to say that I am going to quit gambling, but I was seeing all my friends go out and gamble in sports, so I had to do the same as they did - at least I was gambling with less money and I didn't suffer many losses.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Can you involve money for you to stop gambling or a gambler can really stop after he promises that if he wins this jackpot he will stop?
This is for the big-time gambler or those who gamble habitually or even those who have the urge to gamble when they have available money.

If it is just for a certain time then it would depend on my deposit,
Example if I won xx amount for today I would stop and withdraw,
But if it means to stop forever then I think it would be impossible for any gambler surely after they received their goal they would still continue to gamble.

That's the dilemma of most gamblers. Even if they promised to stop when they win big. They will definitely go back again to try their luck again. Difficult to make promises if you know deep within yourself that the desire to gamble is still there. It will require will power and sheer determination to totally stop your gambling addiction. And not when you promised to yourself, if you win big you will stop. That's not gonna help.
