I would suggest to such people to stop for the day, if the amount won was sufficient to live one day in their country, and to stop for the week if they won 7 times more, and so on. Yes, many gamblers lose their money in gambling because of losing control too. Maybe in out there, more gamblers who have those experience but they still trying to recover their losses by taking loans from other people. It is good for you to have that self-control, it is too hard to stop, or to pause for a while but soon it will worth it, it will bring so much fun and excitement to us, so better to have that self-control and do not be an addict.

Yeah it's good for you to keep control over your emotions and not to spend such a huge amount for gambling only. A person who has no control over their attitude to gambling shouldn't be gambling at all. One of the biggest mistakes people make is that they don't put a limit on their gambling activities in case things doesn't go as planned, there should be a plan B in place. No, for me, it is better to stop gambling on that day because, at least, I still have money to be used tomorrow. Stay away from the addicting will be hard to do as gambling will tempt us to come back and play more and more. I always try to stop for a while if I think I don't have a chance in the next round, and I think I succeed in doing that. If I set an amount like for example 50,000pesos considering of getting back all of my losses, it will still take a long time for me to stop in gambling. Well maybe it is effective to other people.
