How about small parcels ? Of course for an additional payment..
Do you have only one physical adress ? I think it may be a problem case of sending two persons to the same address.
Normally we recommend that the package is sent with a c/o as to us, and then we need to know this, so an email to us would be good for this. Normally we only accept letters and scan them in and email them to the client then shred and burn it.
We have made exceptions so that you can pick it up at the postbox address because its an office we operate and just a metal box.
