I have neither submitted any caption, nor voted for anyone so far. Is it a bug?

It could also be related to your rank. I'm not sure if there is any limitation just like the creation of trust flags.

To celebrate bitcointalk.org's 10th anniversary on November 22, let's collect the most historical, insightful, and funny posts made over these 10 years. Then for a few weeks around the 22nd, these captions will be shown instead of forum ads, and afterward the whole set of captions will be published.

You can submit a caption or vote below on the captions that have been submitted.
