I BOUGHT EBAY/PAYPAL ACC FROM HIM AFTER I GOT THE ACCOUNT AND USING IT FOR A MONTH HE USED THE PHONE NUMBER TO RESET THE PASSWORD

HE TOOK OVER MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT WHICH HAS AROUND $500 IN BALANCE.
NOW REPORTING HIM TO PAYPAL.

I IMMEDIATELY SECURED MY EBAY ACC, LATER ON I CANCELED ALL EBAY ORDERS WHICH AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED MY BUYERS FROM THAT PAYPAL BALANCE, HE LEFT EMPTY HANDED.

I WOULD RATHER RETURN MONEY TO MY CUSTOMERS THAN KEEPING IT IN SCAMMER POCKET 

YES, I LOST 500$ BUT HE GOT NOTHING AS WELL.

AFAIK, that's against the TOS of both services ^{[unless I'm missing something]}.

You should add a proof as well ^{[so we can tag his/her account accordingly]}.

Just wondering why you would go through a shady process of buying and Ebay/paypal account from someone. Why not just create your own?
If you provide proof like payment proof and screenshots. I could also leave the scammer some negative feedback.

How can you possibly report him to Paypal if he is the real owner of the account? I believe selling of Paypal account is against Paypal TOS. I really want an update about this going case of yours. I wonder what will be the decision of paypal because the scammer might reverse the story of yours. Anyway please tag his bitcointalk profile here so that no one will fall again on his scheme.

Just a quick question. Why you didn't create your own paypal account instead of buying it from other user. This will ensure safety of your money there since you are putting a significant amount of money there.

How is that possible? You mean you let his/her phone number on that pp account after you bought the account within a month? Why you didn't change those details?

I bought the acc because these are stealth accounts, I just don't have time to do it by myself so I find people who would do it for me.
