Reporting telegram user Andruu, a bounty manager known to have managed bounties like  2Local, EMPC, Payment porte and others for the sales of Bitcoin forum accounts.
sdmax2018 is the bitcointalk account  he uses to manage and post ANN threads.
He posted about the account sales in his telegram group and here is the link to the message

He posts his advert in his group, he doesn't post here.

He his the one that managed Payment Porte bounty, and the post you quoted above shows that the user is telling him about a telegram pm he/she sent.

A campaign manager is cheating on other bounty campaign. This is really much abuse. He has bunches of account which he is using in his campaign to abuse the bounty.
