The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Payout method:       FPPS

... and for anyone trying to say that it doesn't matter ...

Simple example at slush:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1976.msg41534985#msg41534985
They had a run of 5 blocks around Jul 2018:
1117%, 127%, 237%, 119%, 509% = total 2109% = 263 BTC if it was PPS payouts but only 5 blocks income 63 BTC
So for that run of 5 blocks (yes ONLY 5 blocks) a PPS pool would have to cough up 200 BTC from their wallet.
(lucky for slush they are PPLNS)

Now of course you can either say
1) ok, that's a simple example reason why PPS pools need a large amount of BTC backing and high fees
or
2) slush is typically ripping all their miners off, yet ... they seem to have a VERY large hash rate of ignorant miners Smiley

Either way, saying you're a No Fee PPS pool is also saying you are going to go bankrupt and stop paying your miners.

1. We are a new pool and at the moment we do not have any fees for miners (until the new year for sure), in the future we plan to introduce a fee of 0.25-0.5%.
2. We pay every day all that the miner earned, without any minimum limit. As soon as there is no payment for the day-anyone will notice.
3. I suggest you personally try our pool and I'm sure you will change your mind.
