Why would people follow your Twitter account though? People can simply follow certain people and certain news sites' Twitter accounts that they personally prefer and trust; rather than someone else's.

No is the straightforward answer. Twtter is too brief for anything but shills saying "but" or "sell". You can't get a good idea of what a coin is about, or about the fundamentals driving bitcoin. Or even TA (which needs decent charts and some commentary).

Twitter is completely useless as a souce of quality info, and you would be best avoiding it. The best source of info is a) threads on this forum b) subreddits like bitcoinmarkets, and also the individual coin subreddits c) podcasts like Letstalkbitcoin d) some of the cryptocurrency news sites which break news about anything crypto-related.

Using social media to spread news and updates regarding bitcoin is good but you should consider that there are twitter accounts that already do this thing. You can use other platforms such as medium, it would be better.

I would rather stay in this forum to get my daily news about bitcoin.
The problem with those social media is there are times when fake news are being spread there. Actually, most of the times it will start there.
And there is also FUD which and Hypes that came mostly from twitter and facebook which they can easily reach people with groups or pages.

Why not stay here? It will be better. You won't need followers here but you will be more wiser.

There's are already a lot of crypto twitter accounts with the same function so i don't think it's going to be that helpful. Some of these accounts are already well known like twitter accounts of exchanges, projects and the top coins in the market. All giving the latest updates in the crypto community. I think the more social media pages like this, the easier fud can break out. There are as much false info in these twitter accounts as accurate ones.

Maybe OP will do it for bounties too, There are already tons of account related to crypto news I don't think many will be interested reading in twitter or social media since too many fake news happening there. I suggest a website will do and put all references need. Since in twitter you can already RT news from many accounts. This forum can help for gathering news too.

If people don't pay attention to the twitter of the creators and developers of these two altcoins I mentioned, then people lose important news and consequently lose money.

We should not rely on twitter or in any other form of social media pages, there's a lot of paid shillers our there trying to hype a certain project, so don't just believe in every platform or in every social media pages. If willing to invest better to check out their website, the teams credibility, the whitepaper if how they are going to make feasible, is it already running, do they do have working product, such as those are more important.

I appreciated your intent but this is too common, there's a lot of twitter account who give latest news about Bitcoin, market and other cryptocurrencies. Besides, the characters you can put in twitter is limited thus you cannot able to make a full statement of clarify what it is all about. Much better if you will create a channel that discusses the use of Bitcoin in your country. In choosing platform where to place an update, pick what is the most used social media upon your place for instance, Facebook is the most commonly used platform in my country.

Most people rely on Twitter and Facebook a lot to get their daily information on whatever topics that they are interested in so I will advice OP to start a Facebook page in addition to the twitter page so that he can have a larger following for his crypto related news that he plans to stop.

when you could just use google, its alerts,... the newsletters, some other twitter accounts,... and ton of other things there is no need to follow a random twitter account that was created recently. specially for getting the news. besides, bitcoin news is not that exciting to follow it like this anyways. we get 99% garbage news every day that they are quoting some random person about the price without even knowing what bitcoin is and then 1% decent news worthy of reading.
i think it is best that you spend your time doing something more constructive.

What is the revolutionary update in your idea? If it is not there, it will hurt to make a lot of effort to make your account a successful account.
Twitter news account requires speed and credibility, the acquisition of these things requires a lot of time and experience, and the construction of interactive users takes several months or years.
If you don't like being in that platform, "consider it as a business" is a waste of time.

Unfortunately, but Twitter is full of accounts created by bounty hunters for spamming and advertising ICOs.
Only large news sites (for example https://twitter.com/cointelegraph) and individuals (Like https://twitter.com/aantonop - Andreas M. Antonopoulos) are valuable accounts to follow.

However, if the information you provide will be interesting, I will be happy to follow you.

I dont know if people will consider you with lots of dummy accounts in the platform creating different news to a certain project making the project the best among others. If you can provide a pure info and nothing behind then you can proceed take a step and aim for a better platform to showcase your skill.

Oh no man, this is very old idea. Come on with something latest technology. From where will you collect crypto news and updates ? They have their own social media like Cointelegraph. Even they have their own Telegram channel where they post real time updates. So why people should follow and always check your Twitter. Try to discover something that new for us and we didn't meet with it previously. Honestly Google chrome give latest update when I open browser, they suggest some article that crypto related from reputed source since I often search crypto related informations. Anyway, try your best but it would more better with new technology. Likely people just follow some whales Twitter for update, FUD, FOMO and so on.

Well if you are trying to make a report about Bitcoin on Twitter in my opinion not all information there is that great and  genuine to be kept as a good report, I think you can make a twitter account like that but research on your own and get a variety of news on different known site, you can surely get certain information here in the forum some on Reddit and other can be on blog sites or certain article but be careful in getting information because even though there is great information there are still misleading ones so gain full knowledge on what is legit and what is not.
