ETH, Monero, Siacoin, IOTA, Golem, ripple are some of the well known coins which have a practical use. PERL coin came up with a good practice, the coin became opacity coin. What are the remaining alt-coins which have practical usage?

I have to admit I've never heard of golem, but the other ones I'm somewhat familiar with. As far as practical uses go, I'd say monero offers a lot more privacy than other coins but I don't know if it actually gets used for anything practical. Since I've never owned any monero, I'm not aware if you can buy anything with it. Same goes even for coins like Eth. Being able to purchase goods or services with a coin is probably the most important measure of practicality in my opinion. True, Eth does offer the smart contract functionality, but that really hasn't been used for many real world purposes other than creating scam tokens. How about doge or litecoin? There are merchants that accept those coins for payment, and they're even sold at some bitcoin ATM's. They might not be as popular as coins like Eth or monero, but they do get used more for commerce I think. By the way, I'm curious as to what siacoin, iota, and ripple are really used for. Anything other than trading?

Never forget Dogecoin and Litecoin.
These coins are way better a payment if the fees are higher for the current altcoin that you use or even with bitcoin. There's also a contender in the name of Nano that has a fee less transaction. There's Dash which is the number 1 masternode coin and also Basic Attention Token which is the main coin of Braver browser.

Checking especially the use case and team zeal would help identify if the use cases are really genuine one or mere one.

Golem(GNT) is one of the old project that is up to these days hasn't develop a good product, I might just be too outdated but this project is almost like the iExec RLC which its price is more than 100x than GNT. I'd probably sell GNT for ADA if I own some of it, the two just have identical price but at least ADA has something to offer after this testnet they are doing. ADA has more practical use like ETH

Anything other than trading? Siacoin - used for cloud storage Iota - you can use it for data protection and verification, planning to have dapps on the network soon. XRP - contentrated mostly on payment and transfers

Coins like Livenpay, Pundix, Alchemy has real use cases. Livenpay is a very popular restaurant app in Australia! Through this coin, you can order food, drinks and you can pay with the LVN coins! Pundix is a great crypto asset, they have a pos wallet which is using by in real life! Their BOB smartphone is coming to hit the world! There are many good altcoins that have real-life usage!

For me the altcoins with practical use case is Eth, Power Ledger and Xlm. That is why you see these projects soaring.

Lots of altcoins that have practical usage. Usually top 50 CMC. Like XLM, NEO, ONT, and many more. But what I like the most is VIDT, although it's not included in the top 100, I think their platform is very good. Their platform aims to secure digital files from piracy and plagiarism. So every digital file that you upload there will have a certificate in your own name and someone cannot claim it. Moreover, this is beneficial for large companies.

I will go an extra mile. Why not use fee less coins then? Steem, eos, tron they offer free transactions albeit you have to lock some of your coins but they still remain in your custody.

We all know that they have different proposed solutions to be solved but technical one purpose, to be used as currency for other people. I believe that this is one of the reasons why most ICO fails or technically speaking; most of the newly introduced coins would be for the crowd-funding and no more practical applications. You would know the worth of the coin if you would have these characteristics - Part of the top 20 in CMC
- More HODLers
- Checking the Market Cap
- Community behind the coin
You can never be sure if the coin would be worth it, but you would know if it has practical use if it's being practiced by the people using it. Most of the time, every coin has its solution to solve, but it's up to the person if it's still worth investing. If I were to choose the most practical ones, it's the one on the top of CMC. I don't know what else.

There are some coins that are used to buy the fees on exchanges whether they are centralized or decentralized so the binance coin and waves are coins with some practical uses, stable coins are also very practical if you are expecting the market to go down or you cannot watch your coins for some time and you do not want to risk the coins in which invested crashing while you are not monitoring your coins, finally dash is another good privacy coin for those that care about it.

Can we explain more on the term practical here? I am only using ETH and Monero from the list above. Besides the two, I use BTC of course as well as LTC and BAT. I have been a supporter of Siacoin but I have not tried using SC on a practical level, or within its ecosystem, except choosing it sometimes over other coins when sending an amount to save fees, the same way I use XRP.

Is the OP asking what coins feasibly could be used in the real world, or which currently are? There aren't a whole lot that actually does anything that many folks are using.
Even for ETH, what has it mostly been known for, cryptokitties? I say this as someone who holds some ETH and I like its potential, but so far that is all it really is, potential. Coins like Golem aren't really used for anything, to the best of my knowledge. Yeah, they had a plan, but it's not really come to much.
I think ADA is used for tracking sneakers, or something like that. Jaguar and IOTA has some sort of rewards program I think. Not sure if that really counts. Umm... Doge for betting sites and transferring funds between exchanges? DASH/BCH if you happen to live in Venezuela and your currency fluctuates more than crypto does?
I guess BAT could be said to have a practical use -- pretty much a reward system for suffering through web ads. But it's not exactly a widespread use just yet, and requires KYC, and only really pays anything at all if you happen to live in the right country.

In this case, i don't even know about what must be the practical use of the token. If you meant about the token can be used as a payment system or create a tx uses it and then all of the coins can do that. But it looks like you are missing something right now dude. The practical use must be the usefulness of the coin or token. Some if coins you have mentioned it don't have a useful application that can be considered as utility usage too. It's too small for the percentage of coins which was having a practical use. I thought that some of them must be DAI, Chainlink, litecoin, algorand. It's not clear whether what you meant about the practical application of coin was the utility usage of the coin or token itself or not. I believe, yes.

Good altcoins and not just altcoins as we have gave ones out there many.
What do you mean ? What altcoin have you given to others, and how much have you given? because what is asked on the topic is Alt-coins with practical use, not how much you have given to others, you try to understand the topic first.

Most altcoins all have real use cases but the problem is not all real use cases of all altcoins are wanted by people, some doesn't make sense and some are something we've already have, too many duplicates

crypto usage in our life not started yet, most of them only can be used in cryptocurrency market. Meanwhile to improve crypto price we need more of this, adoption and acceptance in real life will help us lot to increase demand and price in crypto market.duplicate and plagiarism often happen , most of fake developers do this to attract beginner investors.

How about BNB? If you are a trader in Binance that would be part of your practical usage. I agree with ETH and XRP but the other I still dont have any idea. Perhaps I will be reading more about them later on. ETH though I think have much usage ever since. Low transaction fees and faster tx time. I really do prefer it than anything else.

There are some alts that serves same purposes like those Adblockers and payment methods but it will depend on how fast or convenient they can as well the practical fees used. I have XLM, LTC, XRP, Pundi used for payments and ADB, Bat for browsers adblock. We just need to see whether those alts have really do the job they are intented.
