It's interesting that you don't need ICO to launch your own exchange. The site is basically just a bunch of skeletons right now and no content. Would keep an eye on this one if this would succeed in the future. I suggest that you make a discord server because it's easier to organize there than telegram.

The possibility of holding ICO was discussed, but seeing how 90%+ of all new ICOs are scam would have been really hard to build community for a good project. A lot of the site content is done but its not made  public because we are still not ready to launch the exchange, but we will slowly update features as we test them. There is a discord server, but its not published yet, we are waiting few more members to join so we can all have enough time to manage social presence and work on project at same time.

Currently KYC will not be required to withdraw DDEN, aside from DDEN from start will be listed BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH, PIVX, NEO, maybe few more.

The rest will be for team. There won't be that many user to take all 15M. 15M/50= 300k users for a MN project look unrealistic. This is why they won't use stake instead fixed reward .

Yes all premine will be given to users, also from the mining we didn't got any coin, however the team will get coins from the coin listing votes. There is no price formed per DDEN from team as we currently have no coins to sell.

getting 300k users to be registered on their site is not likely to happen anytime soon
