Kidding aside, I think it will affect much the prices of altcoin since alts are dependent on the price of BTC. It might be a maneuver for alts or a crash. We don't know what will exactly happens but I know that bitcoin will come up to the price like that soon.

There's a lots of twist when the high value like that take place, not sure if what will be the actions of the Alts market once the value of Bitcoin dwel to such high price like that. We can expect more unexpected turned around as both whales and new investors will be there working for both chances to create movements inside this market.

I don't think sharks have so much money to push bitcoin's price up to $ 100k. because after the crypto market downturn in 2018 made many traders smarter and more experienced. If sharks did it again, they would have to lose money because no merchant would accept bitcoin transactions at such a high price. I think the highest price of bitcoin is only about $ 30k.

I'm sure if the BTC price is that high, altcoin price is also will be high, they're just dropped in bitcoin pair but in USD pair i'm sure alts will be high also. There are still many people are having demand on alts especially an alts exchange owned like binance that they will need it for joining IEO or something like that, i think as long as the demand of alts still high, alt will be always valueable

If the dominance would continue to increase, all altcoins will just die off within a short period of time, but it can happen that with BTC raise, investors would put their money into altcoins as well, which will reduce the dominance and pump alts.

Bitcoin still have long way to go, in the upcoming years there are many bitcoin events and one of the biggest is the halving day that will be held next year. So i think bitcoin is still good for long time investment even the price right now is experiencing a downtrend i'm sure it will recover next year. the price drops because of the bad news from china that china's central bank said they're anti with cryptocurrency

Bitcoin has been around for years now and we already know it is not all the time on the green side, yes it may be down now but I believe that bitcoin will be able to bounce back to the top probably in the next few years, don’t just look at it on a short term period but also in long term. For me, bitcoin is best for long term investment but holding can be boring so you might wanna do some trading and try to maximize your profit.

I also guess a similar scenario if the BTC price can touch the $100k but the preparation period of investors can take time due to the recent market conditions. The happy investors after the BTC touching the mentioned resistance levels will diversify the altcoin portfolios according to the top and small marketcap. The confirmation of the bull market depends on the next big event-the BTC block halving.

I think this is exactly what is happening, for a long time there was the belief that altcoins will be able to compete with bitcoin and that is why investors still put their money and faith in so many different projects.

But I think we're coming to the point in which people are realizing that most likely bitcoin and only a handful of altcoins are going to exist in the future so no one is really wasting their time or their money with new coins which means that the next bull market that happens is probably going to be similar to what we saw during this year in which bitcoin gets the biggest growth of all the coins.

I wonder how OP think about alts will die if bitcoins will pump to $100k since actually we can see the effect where bitcoin suddenly goes up for it's historical ATH and those alts has been follow it's healthier market happens since it create a good reactions and almost all of them became more expensive and reach it's ATH together so no wonder we can see a great performance to the market aswell with when it goes to that figure but guess I think $100k is just a fantasy since there's low chances for us to get unto that price due to many factors.

find the right altcoins. and also you can increase your own BTC with altcoins and various p&d games.
