I have contacted one of the admins found in their TG and asked for an explanation. But the admin seems not much active, last login 8th Nov.
@mjglqwAs you said the total thing is shady and it's nothing related to SEO if it was then it'd have been something like blockchain.com/.info redirection.
I'll wait some time to come to a conclusion, but it's heavily shady to me and I didn't use any of personal information. Gladly I used the random pass when I signed up, as I knew I'll never return to this exchange again.
I liked two sneakers, cool designs...
@Potato ChipsI already asked them as you suggested. The email came from
55.com and I signed up at
55.com, till this part everything was ok. The thing changed when they forwarded me to
55com.io from that email.
@audaciousbeingThere is actually no way to know if the exchange is legit or not. Actually there is very limited info and the reason could be of newborn. Nowadays there are too many exchanges and almost everyday new exchanges are being created, legitimate or the fake ones to scam.
@coin-investorNot really, there are peoples who are very careless and for this reason the total scam thing still exits in the virtual world, otherwise, it'd have ended a long time ago.
@1RefereeIP location looks same to me "
Massachusetts - Cambridge - Akamai Technologies Inc." and it is probably the server location. They are also using WhoisGuard.
I did a reverse IP lookup and it is clear that the owner is the same for both domains (55.com & 55com.io) or the both domains are hosted in the same server.
I tried to find some reviews as well but found nothing except
this.
