So I have gotten the bios and drivers updates for car and I downloaded compatible bios but nicehash won’t recognize even the cards with proper driver updates that are recognized in device manager. Just sitting here night after night trying to get this thing going it’s driving me up a wall. Does anybody have any knowledge how do you get the GPUs the post in any miner? There are 8/8 cards visible in my device manager but three of them have code 43. I could use any ideas as I’ve spent the past few nights after work trying every work around.

You mean just those three "code 43 error" cards?
That's quite a vague error code, mainly because of hardware, installation or every kind of issue, so it's hard to pinpoint with so little info/test.

In my personal experience, I once got that error with a card that died because of an overheat issue.
Just like yours, it is still recognizable in "device manager" but wont work the usual.

For the test, try to install each card (solo, one at a time) to a separate machine and connect it to the monitor to see what's wrong.

Also, I've requested the mod to move this to Mining (Altcoins),
just look for this topic in that board later.

Are your gpus AMD? if it is ...
Already applied AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher?

https://sourceforge.net/projects/amd-ati-pixel-clock-patcher/

I believe this is the problem, apply and restart windows.

did you enable 4g decoding from the bios?
it is required to be on if you are going to connect 3 plus gpus

There is maybe a software issue, and very simple fix :
So you have a modded bios , in this case you need to run the AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher" as it was mentioned earlier by tg88
Also if you are asking for help ,the full system spec , used operation system, VGA card driver version would be great to know Smiley

Your issue also can be hardware/BIOS settings related ...
What motherboard are you using , what CPU , what kind of vga cards ? Are you sure your motherboard/cpu combination can handle 8 cards ?
Can Your cpu provides enough PCIe lanes for your vga cards ? What is your bios settings for PCIe ? did you set to GEN 1 , GEN 2 , GEN 3, or left the settings on auto ? If you have a option for 4G decoding in your bios settings , did you turned that function on ?
HERE you can find some explanation to understand better CPU - PCIe lanes - VGA cards
