whats miner error definition

hi...
i just recently changed my two m21s farm and as the first day i receive these errors :

 210    Power error status: 0x0001->0x0000
 250    Power input undervoltage protection 0. code: 0x00020000

and the events in my miner page is :

 E006  Slot1:zero_HS    Restart cgminer     4    Fri Nov 15 03:45:09 2019   cgminer

why all of my m21s devices are giving these errors ?
 
I have m20s and a s17 there too

but they are working well

It seems that your power source is not giving enough power did you try to run only one m21s miner first at the wall outlet and test. Since this miner needs 3240W+ there is a possibility that your wall outlet not giving enough power if you run all of these miners.

1- you changed the place where you hosting these two M21s
2-you getting an error that says in plain English

I can not think of any issue aside from improper voltage input , if i recall correctly the psu has a label which states 200v-250v , which does not match the 240v mentioned on their website, I run mine on 220v and it works just fine, i am averaging 54.5-55th for an alleged 56th m21s, i guess I could get 56th on 240v, but the fact that miner runs just fine without any error on 220v then so should yours, but if it's anything below 220v then that might be an issue, also just because the other gears like T17s and M20s run fine, it does not mean there is something wrong with the ms21s, each PSU has it's own voltage specs, so make sure you measure the voltage you feeding those gears with.

Also  if all your power is good  and you have 3300 watts  at 240 volts.  The psu could be failing.

I have 2x 20s 1x 21s  I provide 227 volts on a 30 amp circuit  for each unit.  I have zero issues running my 3 units.
