Yes, not every gambler wins, the site was running okay for almost a year, then in a few days a single player emptied the site twice in a row.
Now the site is mainly for Waves token projects, who can list their token for free for play.

I also have thought of a DDOS attack, but I don't know why such an attack should be performed. And I don't want to contact the developer during the Holidays.

and contacting your developer even in holidays is one of it.

If someone wants to shut down your website then DDOS attack can be one of the reason behind it but it is only a guess as only your tech team can check the main reason behind your current issues now. It would also help if you can identify the wallet address of the attacker and then pass it on to your Waves devs, maybe on their Discord channel, and they'd do what they can to block or blacklist the wallet so that the attacker is not able to use the stolen funds. They may even alert some popular exchanges.

so that means, all the players with some balance will not get their money back? or is this site going to be live again? waves-based project, as ive noticed is really not gaining much interest from the community. maybe if you will revive this platform, add option for other currencies or will it be a challenge for your dev to add other popular alts other than waves tokens? let's admit that not many users here, even in this forum alone are not avid users of waves assets.
