You can say they cant face losses if they cant pay the one who emptied the bankroll.
This may happen in all sites especially sites with low bankroll, even a big site may face the same situation if there is no more funds to continue the business.

 rather than on forcing things up.

Another casino has died. It is not surprising when there is such a huge competition in this area and the really strongest survives here and the one who spends a lot of money on promotion.

Waves had been one of my favorites but in old times, I don't think I've seen any of the current gambling sites offering Waves as their native token and other tokens as secondary. I believe that your project needed enough marketing as I never ever heard of this website before and to make it heard, you need a different budget than what you're willing to invest on your site. Anyways, sad to see a casino got wiped off the ground (I had started such a thread few days back and not feeling good after seeing this happening.

That's the reason why a casino needs to spend more money for advertisement,promotion and other things. relying on posting a thread and wait for a supporter to come will not really guarantee anything the competition is so high and new casinos will struggle since many prefer the old and for new casino they should do their best to gain success.

One of the biggest challenges for those people who do plan to make a gambling business is on how they would get sufficient players to sustain the site.

Well, I am right now putting the site online again. It runs on Amazon AWS/EC2. So all I need to do is restart the instance and use the IP it gives me, right? This all has already been done and I am waiting for it to go online. I am asking because I don't really know my way around this, as my programmer left who did it for me. Right now it shows a 503 error, is this normal?
