Definitely, it is not always about having a hard time to distinguish which project are real to not. Sometimes you have to explore other sections that provides information to such projects because there are always alot of persever persons out there revealing which projects are worth participating, and on the other hand projects that are scam. It is hard to rely onto websites or platforms that provides rating because some of those are just paid.

That could save up a lot of money for investors and also time and effort for the bounty hunters.
I remember that it saved me one time when I was about to buy some alt-coin because it seem's to be a good one but I saw an accusation about it and tried to dig deeper and after a couple of weeks that alt-coin drop down.

Even if we have these scam accusations we should still make our own researches on the projects we want to promote or invest because there are still projects that are not yet listed in the scam accusations. But this one is really a big help especially for those are still new in the forum and still seeks advices or assistance.

Thanks for this mate, i went through the post and i saw a lot of projects that i never knew ended up as scam.. it is very good for us to take our time and carry out the necessary research needed in order for us to invest in a project. Gone are the days where we invest in a project blindly. Thanks again for the post above

I guess you already know how to locate and prevent yourself from getting scammed. It is really recommended to read a lot in this forum especially when you're still a beginner and still want to learn more. You can really earn a lot of knowledge here in this forum. Why? It's because there's a lot of people here already that has been in crypto for so long and their experiences can be a lesson to everyone... People's opinion can be your basis but you will still have to think critically and decide on your own because no one is responsible here if you got scammed, it's just you.

Sure this board is helpful for identifying scam projects, but remember one thing, nothing in the world will replace your own investigation of each particular project. Do not trust strangers on the internet and spend some time.

I totally agree with what OP said that is why I often check the scam accusation section because it saves me time to detect those scam/fake projects once proven. So before you make your own research on a specific project, you may use the scam accusation section to see if the that project was mention and see if the accusation is legit.

yes, what the OP has presented is important for anyone and not only for beginners. that before investing in any project always research in advance about the clarity of the project, and with a thread in this forum about allegations of fraud is quite helpful and saves our time. I personally also always use that thread to detect fraudulent projects.

Although there are a lot of unnecessary topics lately, you can not find a better place than it to take advantage of. BTT is the best place to explore any project or sharing ideas with other members about any coin, in short, to find out more about the crypto sphere, also the best for finding scam projects. Find out the information you want by looking at the section you are interested in. Also search by clicking the Search on the left side of the Profile button above.

If a newbie don't know anything about of a certain coins that he's going to invest that's already a wrong move because first of all, never invest into something that you don't know. Always make some time to do your own research for a specific project or coins that you are going to invest. And most likely of the results that has some scam accusation will show all over the internet and especially on this forum.

You're right op newbies should know this, a simple reading on the said section can save anyone from ending up in scam projects. But sometimes users are lazy to conduct their own research before joining/investing in a project.

true, for beginners to continue to find out for themselves the projects they want to invest in because sometimes waiting for information about fraud schemes takes time for someone to send and investigate, so I think it's better to study for beginners so they can investigate themselves

There are a lot of scam project currently present in the crypto space, it actually very sad to see a project you have spent your time and resources promoting all turn to a very big scam. Good thing i came across the above mentioned post where i get to see different projects that are listed as scam.  This has given me an opportunity to narrowed down my research before promoting any project.
