My only method of paying it's through paypal because my debit card it's a clunky mess to use in my country: i apologize if it's not the safest route.

it seems very difficult to buy bitcoin in small quantities because of the high transaction costs, and have to pay Escrow because new accounts are rarely people who want to believe, if you want to buy, choose another alternative coin because the transaction costs are lower.
