I just finished the draft of my Bitcoin Resources page, which is hopefully helpful for people just getting into Bitcoin, or veterans that would like a quick way to surf through several top Bitcoin sites...

www.bitcoinpants.com

Let me know if there are critical Bitcoin websites that the website is missing and I'll do my best to add them...

Thanks for your feedback.

nice page.

font is slightly hard to read and small, might want to consider improving readability

Thanks for the feedback. I was wondering if the font was too small.

I wanted to have it small so people would be able to see nearly all the links at once, and get a nice birds eye view of the whole Bitcoin landscape, but there should definitely be a version with bigger text.

I'll work on that and let you know when it's done!

Oh right, thanks for bringing that up.

This was my first time using Dreamweaver & CSS, so I was planning on finding a way to set a "new page" CSS setting on the HTML links (if that's possible), but I couldn't figure it out how to do it, and then I forgot about it.

I'll get right on that. Thanks for the feedback. It's helpful.

<a href="***" target=_"blank">

DW> In the "Link" field where you type out your link, there is a dropdown field called "Target". Click on Target and select Blank.

Got it, thanks.

Do you know of any way to set all 100+ links on the page to open=blank, all at once, through CSS or page preferences, so I don't have to do that 100+ times?

Should I have a section for bitcoin gambling and game sites?

Very good. First of all, I prefer the font size of http://bitcoinpants.com/bigger.html. Another thing is that, I could not find any bitcoin faucet list. U may consider to include this category. Here is a thread where I list faucets that have payment proof on blockchain => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=460342.0. U may consider to start off with these...

Awesome. That's a great collection you got listed there man!

I especially like the 'bigger' one. The normal is too small imho. In two ways:
1. on smartphones, it's barely readable
2. on normal screens, it leaves 50% of screen estate unused (left and right 25% whitespace), pity!

Ideally, you wouldn't force it into 3 fixed columns, but adapt it according the whatever display size and layout a visitor has (e.g. mobile or desktop, and widescreen vs vertical). And always use as much screen space as possible.

Protip: get into 'Bootstrap CSS', the set of CSS that was originally used by Twitter (for their mobile site) and now public domain. It allows for very easy and flexible layout & design that looks great everywhere.

I'm bookmarking your site into my favorites. I also like the domain name, unique and easy to remember Smiley Good work!

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

One suggestion. I always hate the confusion between "the blockchain" (the global decentralized P2P ledger that is the core of Bitcoin) and "blockchain.info", a website that offers several Bitcoin-related services.

In order to prevent people from mixing these up (which they do, especially noobs) I always explicitly mention it as "blockchain.info". For example "my blockchain.info wallet" rather than "my blockchain wallet". If you agree, you may wanna edit the two listings (for wallet and charts) by adding the .info part.

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
