I would post this in the Report plagiarism (copy/paste) here. Mods: please give temp or permban as needed thread as I believe it's checked more often by mods and you don't need to create a new thread for each copy/paster.

On that note you can also just use the report to moderator button. Report the post and then link to where you believe the content was taken from in this case the post. This has worked for me in the past, just clearly explain you are reporting plagiarism in the text box.

Both users plagiarised the topic from reseachgate.net. the topic from reseachgate.net was created in feb-2-2018.

One of the users was already banned, and the other one has been nuked. Reporting this via the "report to moderator" function should be sufficient enough though. In fact, almost everything can be reported via the report to moderator function. There's only a few things which would be more suited to a personal message to theymos (trademarks etc).

Since the User is banned for plagiarism, i am locking this topic. Also thanks for everyone who told me more better ways to report the copy paste rather than to create a thread in meta. Will follow in future.
