I doubt it that there will be an escrow who will be willing to agree with a transaction through PayPal. It's a reversible transaction and you can chargeback for the payment to the receiver. But for bitcoin and altcoin transactions, for sure there will be a lot of them who are more than willing to help you to make this transaction happen.

Let's say that you are honest but it's just a safety precaution because it's much better to be safe with the transaction that you have. There were incidents before that it actually happened and it's very frustrating to the side of the receiver because after all the hard work he has done to the company/employer, he'll be chargeback. So, that's a very hassle thing on their end. I'm just explaining the side of the possible thing to happen for using PayPal that's why having an escrow is way better.
