That means legit sites will want to know who you are, and if they don't ask that, you're probably better off not trusting them.

Wasn't Binance allow you buy Bitcoin with credit card? They will not ask for papers under a certain amount (2 BTC/day withdrawals), but they will ask for some personal information anyway.
If that's OK for you, research in that direction.

So what's your country? If you're going to buy bitcoin with fiat expect these services will ask your personal information for kyc, if you don't then you will risk buying to scammers and/or worst services.

Ugh, that's unfortunate. As for now only p2p is your best option. And localbitcoins will be for it. As of now there are some open sellers accepting BDT LBC only if you're interested.

i tried it and also paxful. but the rate is too much. I make a profit after buying BTC.if I buy them in such that rate .. will die soon for starving..

i saw their offer.but their fees is too high.(minimum 10$ in simplex + 3.5%)

He also wants a good rate for bitcoin, you might need to compare with these exchanges. There are exchanges with fiat to cryptocurrency trade now but such trade can be limited without KYC.

You have to decide, you want find trustworthy exchange, or exchange which doesn't want any verification? Reliable ones want know your data, KYC is almost everywhere. Imo it's much safer to use such platforms.
