It is been more than 2 years since My account mmm01 was banned here.

now I am here to appeal for unban my account. the ban reason showing is spamming. I don't think I did such spammings which led me to get perma banned.

I need a  2nd chance.

You spammed a lot. No contribution from your post history. If you were permanent banned by spamming, it would be your fourth offence. If it is your first ban but a permanent ban, I doubt you did not only spam, but plagiarised with some of your posts.

I need a  2nd chance.

If you make your ban appeal and feel you deserve a second chance, please edit your ban appeal with links to your good contributions. It will make the work of moderators more easily and can save their time.

If your best contributions (as you think) are zero value, your ban appeal will be rejected.

I've seen ban appeal threads showing why they deserve to be unbanned. why not try compiling a list of your threads showing you deserve to be unbanned.

note that that creating a ban appeal showing your importance to the forum doesn't ensure the reversal of a banned account.

also, if there is an email address attached to the ban notice try emailing the email address but if not ban appeal is unlikely to be accepted(just like as stated below)

If perma ban user that really committed a serious violation can be unbanned just because its been more than a years and a simple promise for betterment then the forum rules will be jeopardise. You committed multiple serious violation in the past that contributes 0 value in this community. You are just interested to recover your account since Lauda is not here anymore and you might have a chance to get an account with clear reputation.

the correct procedure would be as already mentioned a message by mail. The address was shown to you in the message and from this team you will normally receive a response with more info. Sometimes it can take a little longer.

I could not find a clue to the reason but you will surely find out. If there is a second chance or not is not in my control.

Lately, I only know of one case where a user got a second chance after waiting for his case to be resolved for as long as 2 years. You also need to know that each case is approached individually, a second chance is not given only if someone asks for it.

It is just a similar question. nothing else.

This is called plagiarism and in your case an even more vile way to present something else as your own. No one will believe that it is a coincidence, and by denying that it is not plagiarism by using word spinning, it takes you even further away from any chance for removing perma-ban.

The screenshot that I posted clearly shows what you used your legendary account for - useless shitposting. So I don't think this indignant drama makes any sense here.

It's copypasta with one word changed and some words added and you copied it from the same shitcoin thread you were bumping. There are tons of posts in that thread made by users who are now banned so it looks like you had some bumping scheme going on. I don't think you're getting your legendary account back.

If you can not bring any good contributions to the admin, the ban appeal will fail. Admin or global moderators have to investigate your contributions and decide to accept your appeal if they see your past contributions are good enough.

I don't know which good contributions from you but see some pages in your post history, I can not find it. You created some campaigns or bounty topics that are not contributions for the forum. Your other posts are spam.

It is my neutral view on your contributions and post history.

You can wait another 2 years and your account would still be banned from the forum and even Santa can't save your account as there are enough proof for your account to be banned.

In his case the chances are 0% as his account is clearly accountable for the ban that it received. Better for him to accept the ban and move on and hope that Santa will give him present this coming Christmas.

I know just one case when admins unbanned account after 2 years but it was very different case.
Banned member accepted that he made mistake,  apologise to everyone and received great support from community based on his great contribution to the forum.

It’s not just about copying, but about the intent to hide the same using word spinning. The question really is why someone who is a Legendary member does such nonsense - and is also unaware of how plagiarism is punished on this forum. No matter how confused you are about how it happened, you can't escape the fact that it happened - and it's certainly not a coincidence, but an obvious intention.

It is about the contribution to the forum that has been realized in the past and because of which global mods/admins could say "This user is a valuable asset for the forum, and we will give him another chance". Promises in the style of "I'll be good from now on" won't help you much here.

If you remember the spring of 2019, how many people were banned, then according to the current provisions with the ban on this account, you can unblock half. Since his amount of plagiarism has long exceeded all limits.
