I think your white paper might benefit from being hosted on a web server of some kind instead of just being stored on your hard drive that nobody else has access to, because that sort of mistake doesn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence in your development team's competence.

I would love to give you my feedback but unfortunately I cannot access you local disk!
If you don't have such knowledge I am afraid that you are not able enough to launch a blockchain project, where more technical parts exist.
