Gatlingcoin is pure Proof of Stake coin, except stage of initial distribution, when it was mixed PoW and PoS coin

Specifications:

Algorithm: Scrypt
Total Coins: 10,000
Premine: Only for IPO and Bounties (exactly 100%(99 for IPO and 1 for bounties))
Block Time: 60 seconds
Nominal stake interest: 5% annually
Min transaction fee: 0.0001 GC
Fees are paid to miners
Confirmations: 10, maturity: 20
Min stake age: 1 hours, no max age

Multipool with payout in GC:
available on launch

How does multipool work for generating GatlingCoins?

The pool mines alt-coins ---> alt-coins are sold for Bitcoins ---> Bitcoins are sold for GatlingCoins on the exchanges.

So GatlingCoin value goes up while stake holders earn more coins from the hands of the people trying to sell. As long as the stake holders hold on to their coins.. the value will continue to rise. Thus, your coin amount total increases while the value increases too.

Faucets:

coming soon

Wallets:
Windows QT - available on launch
Mac Wallet - available on launch

Exchanges:

If enough funds are generated by the IPO we will be on www.mintpal.com or www.cryptorush.in on launch.
* Even if enough funds aren't generated the dev team does have some btc to throw towards voting and so we're pretty confident that we will listed in the first week if not on the launch day.

IPO Details:
We are allowing upto 100 Investors to participate in the IPO.

The details are as follows:
The minimum investment amount is 0.05 btc
To Invest in the IPO simply send 0.05 btc to 1AuUC1CJSYCWaRCeRY9SshLPeU3oNKHizq  sand e-mail to gatlingcoin@gmail.com  with your bitcoin wallet address and TXID.

IPO Ends 28th March 2014, 1600 GMT

Bounties:
Twitter feed setup - 10 GC
Chinese PRE-ANN translation - 10 GC
Greek PRE-ANN translation - 10 GC
French PRE-ANN translation - 10 GC
Spanish PRE-ANN translation - 10 GC
Dutch PRE-ANN translation - 10 GC

FAQ:
1. Is this a SCAM COIN?

A. Even if it were we wouldn't say it. jking . No this is not a scam coin. We're tired of scam coins launching everyday and so we wouldn't want ours to be a scam. Plus once the risers are shipped out we will ask some of the receivers to post pics of their risers if that will help us gain your trust.

2. What would be the estimated price for one GC.

A. Well since this coin is based on BC it should be popular enough and the price would be 10000 satoshis atleast. IPO investors don't worry. You will make a profit even if the price is at 1000 satoshi.

IPO on 100% premined coin. Delete thread
100% premine is to prevent auto-pools dump this coin, miners can still get GC from Multipool.
The pool mines alt-coins ---> alt-coins are sold for Bitcoins ---> Bitcoins are sold for GatlingCoins on the exchanges.

If you guys want to participate in this or other IPO, I suggest you demand escrow to prevent scam. For example, the Heavycoin IPO people are a tad frustrated with the devs say-so's and promises.

I don't vouch or shill for this other coin, but the fact they offered escrow caught my attention: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=430467.0

Does anyone know from which coin thread this snippet was taken from?

IPO on 100% premined coin. Delete thread
100% premine is to prevent auto-pools dump this coin, miners can still get GC from Multipool.
The pool mines alt-coins ---> alt-coins are sold for Bitcoins ---> Bitcoins are sold for GatlingCoins on the exchanges.

Can you explain me where is the great logic to:

1. mine altcoins to get bitcoins
2. sell bitcoins for GatlingCoins
3. sell GatlingCoins for bitcoins ?!?!?!?!

it is not more profitable to just do step 1 and skip step 2 and 3?
