If you are still building everything starting from the website, team, etc., I think it would be best to move this thread to Project Development rather than posting it here on Tokens announcement section.
By the way, paying with your tokens for those who would want to join your team won't get you any serious and dedicated team members; only desperate ones who are even willing to accept no-value shitcoins for the various services they can offer.
