Helll guys please help me i lost 0.5 btc by scammer on skype.if i make police report will they do something?i hope this never happen to anyone

If you want to take legal action then you will need the evidences. If you have such then contact with your local police station or talk to a lawyer first.

Next time use an escrow who is reputable on this forum to mediate the trade instead of sending first to some unknown person on the internet.

Not likely. Cryptocurrency trading is not legal in many places as well. Depending on your local laws you may want to report this to cyber crime but I doubt anything good will come off it. Mistake was from your side too and bitcoin transactions are irreversible. You should know these things before you start transacting in them.

It will keep happening if people trust any username they see on the internet and sends away money without using a middleman.

If this scammer has a bitcointalk account at least that account can be marked with a red trust to possibly save other people from dealing with them.
