^^ If that is the case then I don't think that you can get it back since you don't have control of the senders adddress, which belong to Owl.games. And I also doubt that they can do something in their end. I had the same experience way back in 2019, it was a ETH->ETC transfer though, and it should be ETH->ETH but I might have pressed the wrong symbol. Anyhow, I reach to the casinos and the 3rd party custodial wallet that I did send the ETC. So neither is willing to help or at least it's a long process and so I didn't bother. It's not that big amount though, so I just took it as a lessons learned.

I think the challenge here is to get the private key of the receiving wallet address.  Even though what Charles-Tim stated is doable, there is no private key to import.  I also doubt that an exchange will give @OP of the private  of the address generated on their platform.

Although my wish is that you can get your fund @OP but if we look at the possibility and be realistic about it, this is almost a lost BTC fund case.

Yes, small lesson learned. What i hate is that they really charged 5 dollars for LTC "Gas Fee". Using network as "Bitcoin". (Would they really have used "Bitcoin Network" for LTC->LTC transaction..

That is 50 times more than a normal LTC "Gas Fee". If i had transfered it to LTC address, would they really have needed 5$ "gas fee" for it.

Oh, surely that is an odd one. LTC withdrawal information is supposed not to work like that.

This photo shows that it was sent to given BTC address, with "hash" for LTC chain. So they just sent LTC to some new address that i have no acces off  Grin

Hash ID 477e408eb19521d33460651a93df92fd10d7045636c134234c17e18f9c5a6e2c

34ZPWT5M5H7h1bY1fCSoBVE6hqvLxfqVn4 is equal to MAmXpLVK2Py7p6oum5S918UW2YWntwvTdi.

You can check yourself with https://litecoin-project.github.io/p2sh-convert/ by inputting either of the addresses. The thing is since you inputted a BTC withdrawal address, technically it would be able to be recovered by importing the BTC wallet key into the LTC wallet. But since you sent it to an address you did not control, the recovery decision is solely on them.

You are right. Both are "my" addresses.

They replied to me and requested a "failed transaction" details.

Could you write me a small reply what do i reply to them? Im not so good at english, or dont understand cryptos well.

If the process for them to recover the funds is a big project. Dont bother.

The one you should be asking for is the recipient one. For Owl.games, there is nothing they can do to recover the funds, you might want to ask them why would they display such information though because that is inaccurate and obviously prone to misinform users, just like what you experienced.

Depending on the service terms clauses, they may not help you at all. In some cases, they would help you with some charged fee to recover. Due to the amount being small in this case, your chance is slim.

It will indeed mame people misinformed with the way they do the transaction. The withdrawal system shouldn't be like that where people started to withdraw and they have to choose the network instead of automatically selected the right network for what crypto that people use to withdraw. I have tried other site where I withdraw the funds and I only have to select the crypto and all I need is the wallet address and also didn't have to select what network. This could lead to newbies lose of funds like what happened to OP.
