They replied to me and requested a "failed transaction" details.
The one you should be asking for is the recipient one. For Owl.games, there is nothing they can do to recover the funds, you might want to ask them why would they display such information though because that is inaccurate and obviously prone to misinform users, just like what you experienced.
If the process for them to recover the funds is a big project. Dont bother.
Depending on the service terms clauses, they may not help you at all. In some cases, they would help you with some charged fee to recover. Due to the amount being small in this case, your chance is slim.
