I hope it is true even if it is highly just another hype being passed around to cause a possible pump. That is going to be hours from now. I cannot see any adjustments in the prices today that somehow give us a sign that there is a coming bull run. Or is this the calm before the storm? 

All these predictions are simply saying loud dreams about what anyone would want to see. The truth is that you can't predict anything and the cryptocurrency market is very brutal for dreamers I still can't see the signals of the beginning of the new bull run, so in my opinion, it is very unlikely that anything starts tomorrow.

Yeah, everyone is excited to see small signs of the bull market and I am sure they have no interest to see the developing projects after the high prices. The money seekers look for all possible variants to get out of their HODL as soon as possible. The truth is the predictions based on the various events are personal guesses and taking additional investment decisions based on pure speculation can hurt them one moe time.

11/21? I'm not seeing any  bull run, on the contrary the market suffers another pull back as the price of bitcoin and the rest of crypto continue to bleed starting this Monday. Again, all this predictions are not going to happen because investors are not willing to put their money on the market because there are no positive news.

The positive is that conversations on Bitcointalk have changed from appealing not to sell to wait, because the bull run will start at any time. I think a few more weeks and the titles of threads will start appearing in which there will be information that the train is just leaving. And in a few weeks more the bull run will start .. but it is still only my wish

No one is able to predict the price of bitcoin in a short period of time let alone forecasting the future price  , i did not expect the price to go down this much in the past few days and now we might see the price of bitcoin going down below $8k and i bet no one could have predicted those and as long as no one is able to predict those minor movements i can bet that nothing happens on 11/21 .

All BTC price predictions have gone wrong so far and I dont think this forecast will be true. When BTC has its mood, it will touch the moon. Dont follow price predictions, just buy and hodl.

Everything is possible. If whales want to prepare for the fact that during halving the price will start skyrocketing, it is now the best time to start slowly buying BTC. It would not be a surprise for me if prices started to rise from tomorrow.

I have heard about this prediction too but from the source I heard the bull will start on 22 instead of 21. but if we are looking at our market right now, it does seem like that.
even if the bull does not start this month, I do not see any reason for not holding Bitcoin at least until next year.
difficulty adjustment might trigger the bull but personally speaking, I think the biggest reason for the bull would be halving, going up or not this month it does not matter for me.

The main idea is to wait for the right time and the crypto whales a lot of experience in this market during such times. Buy the rumors and sell the news. If such a thing is going to happen, the market will price this news before we jump inside the charts. The bull market will not start with weak news, the tart sound should be something related to the big news like the support by big governments.

I still doubt because the market behavior still is obvious and can be seen with our naked eyes. The market still, is having a hard time to make a comeback and it would be impossible for the recovery to take place within few days from being downed for a year. Maybe there's a possibility for such thing to happen before this year end but it won't change the fact that there's no assurance. What we should focus doing right now is to be more patient.

its impossible since there's no clear pumps in the market and it would be difficult to determine , it's not the same like what always happened before wherein even there's no sign of market especially when ber month comes there's always a potential market gradually increasing . Don't worry, the price of Bitcoin will continue to go up over the next few days/weeks before dropping back down again. There's a really good chance we could see $10k again during this little run. It all depends on how quickly the price moves. If it slowly goes up, then $10k or at least close to it should be hit in a few weeks. If it jumps up quickly, then prepare for a quick correction also.
