Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"?

We all have different reason why we hold and in your case I think you just didn't have a plan or a target to sell off your crypto's.
You bought it right before the market rise up but your only plan was to HOLD it and don't know when to sell it and this is why most of us traders are losing money in our trades because most of the time traders like us would just lose patience and sell off our crypto to cut loss.

In my opinion, HODL only applies when our investment price is below the purchase price so that we do not lose when selling it. Setting a target price is one way to avoid greed because HODLing a coin might not be forever and we should sell it when the price is in accordance with our target

Hold is good but depends on coin/token. Atlant is a shit Project,there is not enough development from atlant time.and i sold all of my Atlant. Centra is scam.so no comment in Centra.
I am also holding NPXS but I don’t know why price is low
Others coin is good and reputed. But holding btc is more profitable than others altcoin. You can hold btc instead of holding altcoins

I believe holding is the most effective way to earn and my basis is the early investors who bought btc few years ago when the price is still cheap. That time many people are not really interested to know more about btc since it was just new in online world as a digital currency.

I also have set target price to hold my coins but when the market is improving I do take profit to reward myself as well. But I will continue to hold so I dont need to worry for the current situation of the market and its because the money I use for capital is a spare money so im prepared losing it.

Though we are experiencing downtrend especially for altcoins, I know the time will come that the market will recover and move upward.

Come on, we all had that experience at least once in our life time. Because of that, we became wise which helps our judgement in the long run. I'll be honest with you, it's not wise to hold mostly altcoins in your bag since it is really unpredictable. Most altcoins won't survive even if they had a good start. I say you hold those in the top ranking and mostly Bitcoin if you really want to see some serious profit in the future.

The best solution for the HODLers to sell the half of their investment in the bull market and continue to hold for the rest of the bull market. Blindly holding will not bring a good profit unless the investors know what he is doing. hold is one way of investing because not all coins can be profitable quickly. some people this year may have been holding on several altcoins for a long time because altcoin conditions have not improved. but it needs to be examined again, to do a hold you must understand the benefits of the coins you hold

@OP, out of the coins you listed i think the first you need to dispose is Centra, am surprise you still have it, i dispose mine long ago with TenX, if i were you, i would sell all those old coins and buy something new that haven't had the chance yet.

We are not that fool enough as I know there were some of us here who has been holding their coins, believe and had hoped for it had been become rich, so for me this is a word that makes most of the investors becomes rich. we just believe that when we hold the price will rise. And we see it in bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and ripple. Our expectations of coin holding are so high that we do not know if the price will rise. Each coin has a different demand and the other has the potential to rise in price over the long run

Holding it even we are in the bull market is a big mistake , there are many people has been experience this lost, becuase they believe that when holding it will increase its value sooner . if you are in profit  already take the profit and leave  dont wait for  dump will happen, its better to have sure earnings than gambling it for just hoping that it will increase more .

I hope so, because all of holders almost lost some profit because of the market situation, it can take a longer of time to hold and its not increase for you to earn.
