So i found some Ethereum mixers, but I wonder if anyone has seen mixer for ERC20 tokens?
If this is on the Ethereum platform, then it shouldn't (probably) be a problem for ETH mixers to mix ERC20 ..? Or it is?

There are ethereum mixers available as you said but I never heard of any mixer for tokens,so I guess its not possible to use tumbler for token or it won't have any effectiveness.

But you can't use ethereum mixers for tokens which are not same,if you try you will lose.

Since there is no information on the service website about the possibility of mixing tokens, of course I will not try to do it.
However, I am surprised, that this is not possible since ERC20 is on the Ethereum platform.
Maybe someone should suggest to developers that such a service is needed on the market.

Mostly only bitcoin use for mixing .i dont find any reason why its needed to use mixer for ethereum since there are many dex exchange available in the market .
Unless its from scam that its needed to hide the transactions from that addres  but there are many ways to hide it not only mixer.

I never heard ERC20 token mixer yet it seems it's impossible to make an ERC20 token mixer since it is ETH based and I think no one will make.

Why not just exchange token then buy XMR instead and transfer it to another exchange and exchange it back to that token. It might be better to make your token anonymous.

If there is the need for that service, there would have someone out there who create such mixer.  There isn't much using ERC tokens, I won't know why you would need to hide yourself when you can send it to the exchanges trade it with BTC and then send it to another exchange to buy that token again. I'm not sure if there will be someone who would be tracking you for owning ERC tokens.

Never heard of this before? although the idea is there and I think there should be one too for those folks that are dwelling too much into erc20 tokens. But I think it's all about the demand, there's not that much demand for these kind of coins.

That's why we can only see bitcoin mixers that are being made. If there will be a developer to create it, I think it would be hard for him to sustain it from the fees that he'll get because transactions that will go through a mixer, people will just pass through it to an exchange.

I have seen a few people in the past have gotten problems with bitcoinmix.org. That's not a recommended site. As far as I know that there is not a trusted mixer for ERC20 tokens. It's too risky to try to use the current mixer service consider there was a lot of scammers are also creating fake mixer site.

As far as I know of both sites that you have mentioned owned by the same person and I have seen so many bad reviews. OP if you are looking for an alternative way for mixer and just try to use a good exchange site that makes you able to generate a new address anytime. It's much better than sending your money to the scammer.

Then why are you posting them here anyway? You are answering your own question as well by posting them but without having any knowledge about their service being legitimate.

Fact is that erc-20 tokens that have values much lower than other cryptocurrencies will never become a good source to be used for mixing. I dont even remember any ethereum mixers but there might be some, which are less popular here.

At one time we could use shapeshift to convert these tokens to other currencies and then back to bitcoin which could be mixed easily with many known mixers.

Yeah right it is just like the same if you are using a mixer I'm sure if someone will make a token mixer they will ask for minimum fee before you can mix that token.

So there is no difference the good thing is if you buy XMR you will break the traces compared to a token mixer that we don't know if it's proven mixed.

I just answered the question about Ethereum mixers from another user .. I don't promote them, I just confirm that they exist.
Here information that says they can be dangerous:

The point is not to exchange tokens for anything else but use a mixer. For example because it's still not listed on exchange. Of course, the option of paying a fee in other cryptocurrency would be acceptable and actually the most logical.

It is possible that I do not know the operation of mixers very well, but I think we are talking about two other things.
As far as I know, the mixer divides the amount that you deposit into hundreds of addresses and creates a very large number of transactions to finally combine everything on one address.
I have never heard of conversion to a highly valuable or similar coin.

thats what mixers do and we all know it  . the user above ( the one that you qoute ) already knew that but that is not what he explains  . he is explaining a more precise and complicated stuff about how impossible to mix token's  and i agree with him/her explanation because im aware that tokens are created in a more complex process .  mixing this coins will also need for a more advance version of mixing service specifcally optimize or forumulated for tokens  .

I can understand you want to keep your erc20 portfolio private. I use to think mixing was mostly for people wanting to do eh... Not to legal things or to hide their ill-gotten gains but after reading what some of the guys from the chip mixer campaign I changed my mind pretty quickly. See crypto is transparent but sometimes in rarer occasions it is not a good thing and you want privacy. Unlike banking system everything is accessable by anyone even those without wallets or indeed any crypto. There many reasons for wanting to remain anonymous and it is mostly due to safety. I know some ICO track what their buyers do with their crypto and when they sell and things like that, I do not agree with this and I have been messaged by some strange Russian dude because I sold some failed shit coin on the exchange. He called me a cheater for selling it and it was very very strange because he was selling the tokens for $5 and I had 70k of them and I saw them for sale a bit more then I sold them for so he was a scammer trying to get people to buy this over priced token directly instead of from the exchange. It seemed like a good project but I will not be fooled again. In this case, I would have liked to have mixed my tokens as not to be hunted down by deranged devs harassing me over selling what is mine.

Now I feel differently about mixers. In the crypto world there reasons to use it in the fiat world it is really for laundering since fait cannot be traced by others other than the authorities and banks. It makes sense. But we so use to thinking in fiat so we make assumptions.

DOesn't it cost lots for the fees to send all those mixes? How many transactions are made and surely it must cost an arm and a leg?

Well, some people tend to have different needs so there it is, you might consider it's pointless to have ETH mixer but people usually are in need of it more specifically those that want their wallet not exposed and become a target of a hacker.

The reason why ERC20 mixer is nonexistent probably due to the fact that there are too many ERC20 out there and considering their market capitalization nowadays is quite low. Even some of the top 20 coins don't even have a mixer I can't see the reason why all these mixers websites need to provide ERC20 mixer because to make one mixer you will require a large pool of coin to be mixed into one and the amount of money needed is also enormous.

I'am surprised that the mixer must have a reserve of its own coins ( those that the client wants to mix ) to perform such an operation.
If this is the case then mixing tokens would be really difficult with such a large number of them on market.
However, I hope that someone will come up with a way to mix ERC20 tokens ..
I'm still waiting..
