I cannot speak with certainty whether this is already the cheapest prices the altcoins and Bitcoin can get. It is possible that this is not yet the bottom. However if you make sure that you will not be left out, set your buy orders in different amounts. Buy them at this current price. These current prices of altcoins and BTC are already cheap. But create another buy orders at lesser prices if ever the prices will still continue to decrease.

I pay attention to current market conditions and the average Altcoin down 10% - 20% (besides Bitcoin) and this is a good moment to buy Altcoins.  I suggest to buy Bitcoin Cash, BSV, BNB, Tron, OKB, Dash, and EOS, you can choose one or choose to buy all.

The mentioned coins are very good to grab at this condition which will help us to get a good profit when the market starts recovering again. It's better to have a plan for the long term at this moment because, in the short term, the market will not increase so high. If he wants, he can buy an altcoin because the altcoin now is down, and some of the altcoins will be the potential to grow in the future. Holding the altcoin will have a risk, but don't worry because the altcoin will increase after bitcoin can stay at a price.

No, this is not a good time. alts are falling sharply against bitcoin and the downtrend is continuing. In the chart, it shows that the downtrend has not ended when the nearest Swing high has not been broken. I rarely trade ALT-BTC in the bearish market and I don't think it is the right time to buy altcoin with Bitcoin in the current market condition. But, there is of course an opportunity to take profit from any market conditions. It is always possible to earn profit or just to hold some altcoins for few more weeks or months but I won't suggest you to buy it with Bitcoin, you should buy it with fiat.

I agree with you on the long-term hold but if you are a speculator, investing now will be a very risky time. I don't think the market will continue to make green candles because the signals are very bad. but I am above all to avoid a lot of losses, we should pause and wait for the market to change to confirm the trend. That is the best way to prevent risks.

In my opinion, yes. Altcoins yields higher returns than bitcoin in bull market, although it is bitcoin that commands the bull-run of the market. it's possible that bitcoin will keep going up and altcoins go down in coming near future, but some altcoins will start to recover and  some of the investors will realize that the gains they make on altcoins could easily outperform the gains from bitcoin.

However one should do their own researches before buying. have a close look to the Projects before you invest money. the real world usage and adoption should be the most important things to watch out for. the key is to look for a coin with a solid team bringing features that have the most appeal to the masses. not only the features must be great but also the design and ease of use.

I think this isn't a correct time to buy altcoins. BTC is not at all stable and is falling each day. This is making alts rekt as they are falling too both in dollar value and sats value. Moreover people are speculating BTC price to go upto 10k until the end of the year if that happens alts will go rekt once again too. I think only until BTC rises a bit and becomes stable you shouldn't buy bitcoin. But yes if you are talking about very long term then buying some 10 top alts fundamentally won't be much of a problem.

the current altcoin-btc pair condition is good, but the price of bitcoin-usd is still not good, there is still a possibility to go down,
