I don't think now is the best time to buy alts. Whilst it's true that prices are rising, this is just an attempted recovery back to where we were before the last dip. ETH is $155 now, and the price for recovery would be about $180. There's a chance we could get all the way there, but equally likely we will dip again instead.

but the predicting isnt always be right, that's why we dont have to believe with others people even they are experts

Bitcoin already increased from $ 3,500 to $ 13,000 in this year. which makes the trend tends to bullish
if the price back to $ 4,000 , it is too much correction. IMO it is wont happen in this time or near future

altcoin should be avoid for this time, most of them dumped and not worth for buying.

oh sure, this is like you said. but that is just a suggestion from me, because based on the information available bitcoin and ethereum will have developments that have the potential to make the price go up. like halving and ethereum 2.0

How can you easily determined the best day to buy altcoin? Because for me, there is no specific best day to buy altcoin. You can buy altcoin anytime you want and as long you are not afraid to lose some money. The current price of Ethereum right now is not in condition and it seems it will fall down again. And, The decision if you going to buy altcoin or not will start with you. If you going to study and analyze the market it seems the market will start recover in the year 2020 or 2021 but most the people say its on 2020 because of bitcoin halving. Do you think its possible that because of bitcoin halving the market will recover and the altcoin will start to pump?

It is more risky if want to hold altcoin for now. Maybe wait for a right moment for some altcoin to get pumped. Even if the amount of your capital that you are using for that is very low I would still not recommended it, there is simply too much risk, I have seen how those pump and dump groups operate and many used to have a ranking system in which there will be a difference about how quickly you will know which coin was going to be pumped and in many cases the differences between the ranks were measured in seconds, by the time you hear of a pump most of the time it will be over by the time you are trying to get advantage of it.

Buying an altcoin today are not worth it and not good for holding if the value of bitcoin is crashing, An altcoin will only rise up if bitcoin's value is rising up and thay's the time it will affrct the altcoins and more volume and investors will surely buy and sell that could change and go up.

And i think that Bitcoin is still profitable buying today since it might juml to the price of 12k - 15k$.
