unfortunatelly, in HTF Bitcoin is downtrend. bitcoin must break its resistance so can flip to uptrend
or at least, bitcoin must break 200 MA to get anothers optimism. in this time, we have to recognize about this situation and accept it.

now its really hard to tell if coins will go down or not, i believe that they can go 30% down from here
but they can also go up from here and not see this low levels again for a long time

If you have the patience for long term holding, then current low prices are a good chance to buy good coins at cheap prices. It is safer to buy top ranked coins.

While it may seem that buying some of the top ranked altcoins for the current prices could be a good business decision at the same time you cannot really forget that during this year even if those coins recovered somewhat against fiat they lost value against bitcoin, for those that do not understand this basically means that if you were holding bitcoin you could have made more profits by holding your bitcoin than by holding your altcoins, and I do not know about you but I do not think it is a good decision to hold altcoins that give you a greater risk of losing your money and then obtain even less profits than what you could obtain with bitcoin.

now is the example for traders to buy and i guess they are buying now because we can see some improvements on the price  .  this is the right time to buy but people think that the right is when coins drop really hard , they are just greedy which can only lead for them to miss the oppurtunity  .

In equity there is a well know saying that 'never try to catch a falling knife' like wait for the stock to fall to its bottom price before you buy it. Altcoins have fallen drastically and there prices are a bit stable now. See for instance, ethereum is floating around 150 USD. One may start accumulating slowly right now.

This just depends on how much profit you want to take. I buy altcoins daily and flip them for a few percent profit. I'll take profit wherever I can get it. If you're looking to hold longer term, then yes, now is a great time to buy in. As long as the price is low(which it should probably be) then you can buy it and hold it for a few months and you'll more than likely end up profiting pretty well.

I think it's also true at all with buying Altcoin for now. Due to the initial predictions of this new Year Altcoin will have many increases in spikes. So it would be great to bring more altcoins. By transporting coins that have valuable potential will be very profitable. So I highly recommend the altcoin with a top 10 rating in order to make more profit. A lot of people could say that this is a perfect time to buy but wondering also if they could manage to control themselves and out from FOMO if the price went down deeper. If have enough money to risk, then it's gonna be good but if we are just of limited capital, tried to think deeply and only just invest in the higher potential altcoin.
