You know , today market are show bad price for all coin and token.
Is th eright time for make some profit with buying altcoins ?

Never see a low price and then buy in spite of it. That is one of the most false trade views I've ever known. because there is a certain incident there is a sharp drop in prices. Although the prices of alts are low now, look for other good reasons to buy alts. such as analyzing whether the crowd still paid attention to alts, or did the alts contribute to the past days? If everyone is still interested in Bitcoin, then you should buy, because the demand of alts will be low and it will definitely drop in the future.

   I'm buying gradually, it's how I grow my Bitcoins and alt-coins. It's the good way to invest in long-term, for many of us
who are not rich it's the only way. Many people don't understand that  advantage of investing in crypto-currencies is
exactly that, nobody needs to take 10000$ and invest them in crypto-currencies, many people don't have that amount of
money, but little by little every month and one day you will have some significant investment in crypto-currencies.

You make s good point about some altcoins quenching off the market but that doesn't mean the same situation will happen to all altcoins in the market and with the momentum of the crypto market i strongly believe now it the right time to accumulate more crypto. But, people need to be careful in selecting altcoin and the slot claimed (been among the top 20 on CMC) by an altcoin does make it a good investment.

That may be true. As I see it, all alts fluctuate according to the price of bitcoin. And now in the charts, bitcoin is at a strong support level and maybe the price of bitcoin will pump sharply from now until the end of 2020. The chart shows that the bears tried to crush the market twice when bitcoin fell. about $ 6k5 and $ 6k4 but it completely failed. so we can understand that the cows in the back are very crowded and the bears are slowly changing their minds. Buying alts now will be less risky.

Till now I did the same thing whenever the price drops I keep buying them in the market, which I keep averaging my previous purchases. Still, the price of altcoin is going down, which it is impossible for us to keep buying those. Even with the market still going down, you're still doing the best thing that you can do and purchasing more. The cheaper you get in at, the better. All you can really do is keep purchasing until the market turns around. By dollar cost averaging everything you've bought and with the prices down so low on everything, you should be very happy once the market trend reverses. Don't give up on it. Keep buying while everything is cheap. You'll be glad you did. I promise.
