Dumps like these are quite normal, as well as inexplicable pumps that happened over the last months. If you are a day trader that got in on the $8K range, then you'll probably want to sell to further cut losses. But if you don't need the money right now, it is always advisable to hold, if you believe that Bitcoin would surely experience a reversal and a possible bull run. The technology is quite early and we still may experience improvements and therefore, surge of investors that would increase the positive pressure on the prices.

Personal experience is much more important.
When I first heard about bitcoin 6-7 years ago, I didn't take it seriously.
When I finally got involved and got my first bitcoins, instead of saving them, I wasted them on nonsense.
When the price of bitcoin grew very much, I realized my mistake and started over.
After that, the price of bitcoin repeatedly had a big rise and a big drop, but I never repeated my mistake.
I know from experience that when the market goes down, it's the best time to buy more bitcoin and to hold.
After every drop in value, there is always growth and so it has been for 10 years

not just this week but even the past week , days and months we always experience this bad and unstable condition of the market  . all of us here are now imune  to this issue and so are you  . you should practice your self as well because if not then you are going to suffer mentally , emotioanlly and physically  like the one's that you state on the first sentence of your message but i do like the last sentence of your message  . your still showing a hope despite of the hardships that you experience which was great to see  .

I really don't get it when people feel down when the market is down or is volatile. If Bitcoin were stable and slow, no one would be interested, plus it wouldn't make sense since demand is never slowly increasing in a stable manner. Even oil shows this same volatility and even was worse in the early days.

Well, that is what newbies need to do but unfortunately only few of them are doing it. Maybe some of them are just relying to what they know and they are not doing their own research about it.

We know that every market has ups and downs so this is just a normal move for Bitcoin. Bears are in control at this moment that is why we encountered a sudden price drop in Bitcoin.

Same here, actually it is a great opportunity for long term holders like us, so even if the price of bitcoin suddenly drops to an expected price, then we can use that chance to invest and wait for more months to harvest our profit.

That's a nice prediction but still its nit gonna happen and the value could go drop at $7k but not more than below $6.8k and i think it might recover soon and bounce back to $10k before the end of this coming december.

But instead take some of your portfolio and increase it with other coins such as alts if you are an investor.

Why do you guys have to react like it's the end of Bitcoin where in fact the recent dump wasn't that too long compared to the days where Bitcoin stay for over a month with the a price of 10k to 8k.
