Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?

Not all projects have all failed, but indeed most who failed because of the lack of project developers themselves in thinking to attract investors, but I think there are still many successful projects.

They are too speculate when they will launch new project. Don't looking the market, how potential project is. Just announce that a new project has coming then promoting their project without get any interest for investors sight.

The new project after the research is a good project, but after the promotion project reaches the deadline. after the coin is distributed it turns out that the coin has not been registered in the event. I also ask and think what you think.

as long you don't invest you can still do some bounty campaign
you just need to be aware that today bounty campaign is like a gamble
you might get a big amount or waste your time

In my opinion, a project that knows it is doing wouldn't need need exchanges that much to succeed. If the new projects are worth it, exchanges will eventually list them.
If they have raised the required fund, why don't they just focus more on building their projects?

I think crypto platform is a great opportunity to earn good money on short term, But we must have good knowledge in bounty campaign. Because both positive and spam projects are available in the market, so few only reach softcap and many bounty Hunters are never think the future earnings so knowledgeable bounty hunters are never quit the bounty campaign.

Only do bounties as work in your spare time, but before choosing which projects first look at the reviews from members in this forum about the project in their ANN thread. It will be a good or maybe bad based on money you can earn from the bounty, when you see that there are still bounties that provide large income when they enter the exchange you will think that's a bad plan because quit from bounty.

Because people still now feel like that there might be still some potential projects out there which would become successful and will give them a good return against the promotion they did throughout a term. People still want to take that risk. I would have understood if it was 2016-17 but now it has changed. There are hardly any good projects out there now.

Without reached soft cap is our destination as bounty campaign participants how to promote an ICO project can reached soft and hard cap, we have try best method for promoting an ICO to and get many investor want to buy ICO coin, never waiting before an ICO raised soft cap for investing because you not promote an ICO can raise soft cap for investing.

bcz there is small opportunity to get good bounty. it is the answer
so, there are many people who still stick in this "job", they wont leave bcz they still get payment (even small) and believe that future will be bright again

if we look opportunity, there are many opportunies in cryptocurrency. such as trading, dev, manager bounty, etc
so, those can be a reason why you have to stick in crypto

Well don't give up, there are still projects that deserves good support actually, they just didn't get much funds because the market is just not right. The timing to held a crowdfunding for a project while the market is in turmoil isn't going to make them survive even if the project will be on the exchanges. The reputation of the team and the project will still be at risk when price take a nosedive after it got into the market. If its the plan then its a plan. You can come back later when the market gets better.

Not much of a plan if you have nothing as a backup idea to get at least some coins.
Yet this move of giving bounty up seem like only logical choice. It consumes to much and pays nothing in return, it is that way for quite some time. Nothing suggest that it will change any time soon. You have to ask yourself, how much your time is worth to you, how much your personal data is and how are the current market affairs looking. Find a way to make some extra crypto-income and then decide, of course if having a break in collecting is not an option.

Yes you are on point and this has been the case for most part of the last 2 years where we have seen dozens of projects failing to reach the soft cap and bounty rewards not being paid to hunters despite their work. We can only expect the things to improve once market confirms long term bull trend.

With the current market condition I think it's really hard for a project to survive so as a bounty hunter you should only promote a project that you think have a concrete plan or marketing strategy to attract investors. In addition, the project should be solving real-life problems in order to be useful in the future as it will increase demand for the coin and your work will be paid off.

I don't know about you guys only you can answer that question why you keep on promoting new projects. I think the hope for the projects is still there for some bounty hunters and thinking for the same result just like 2017.

But we can't go back to the time and the reality must be embraced today that most bounties are not that good anymore. Many of them keeps failing despite of many different marketing strategies they have.

The fact that few of your colleagues quit doing bounty doesn't mean you should follow suit. In as much as we are humans and get tired of trying, especially when it comes to promoting projects which end up failing doesn't imply quiting is the best option. A wise person will do more advanced research before deciding on which bounty to jump into next. Well, it's obvious that you didn't lose hope entirely since you are still wearing a signature. There are still few new projects with great vision, which are worth promoting.

Try your chance, if you are thinking like that and you have your choice to not promote that new icos. Not all of them are crap. Maybe there were one or two projects that worth to take a look. Look at some projects which already have a working product and then that must be the main point to take it as a fundamental value. If a few of your colleagues are thinking like that and there is no chance to change it. But just respect their decision and analyzation about that. Some people may also still feel optimistic if there will be a golden one. People are promoting any of them to increase the chance to get legit projects.

When expectations do not match the expected reality, then you will be disappointed. That's what happened to some people who later gave up on the bounty. It is undeniable that most new projects often fail, either because the target market is not reached, or as a means of fraud, or because the market situation is indeed chaotic.
That is why we must be more selective in choosing projects, don't expect expectations too high, and understand the risks. However, there are still many who support new projects because there are still "hopes" and "opportunities". Isn't cryptocurrency full of unpredictability? so don't give up.
